The NAAS provides free consultations and training to farmers in the fields of crop production, animal husbandry, agrarian economy and RDP. Under measure 2 “Consultancy, farm management and farm replacement services” of RDP 2014-2020 the NAAS prepares free business plans and applications for sub-measure 6.1. "Start-up aid for young farmers" (for the first entry) and sub-measure 6.3. Small Business Development Start-up Aid, as well as other sub-measures of the Thematic Sub-Program for Small Business Development. The NAAS also performs agrochemical analyzes and provides fertilization recommendations.
